Where can i view your timetable?
If you download our app, you will see our ‘Live Timetable’ so any changes that happen you will be able to view in real time. Alternatively, click the blue 'timetable' button on the website.

How do i download the app?
Go to the App Store on your device, search ‘Glofox’ (it has a white background with the letter G in green). Once downloaded you can search for our facility ‘Taphouse’ and register with us for free. From here you can view the timetable, book onto classes and purchase memberships.

Do you offer Blue Light Discount?
Yes, this membership needs to be purchased at the reception desk as a member of staff will need to see your valid ID card. (Emergency Services, Students, NHS and Military).

Can i attend a Martial Arts class as a beginner?
Yes. Just please arrive 10mins early and have a quick chat with the coach.

Do i need to bring my own kit?
No. Especially if this is your first session. The coach may recommend items for you to purchase down the line (such as a gum shield) but all pads etc we have at the facility.

Can i wear shoes?
No. We operate a strict ‘No Shoe Policy’ in the Martial Arts rooms this is for hygiene reasons. The mats get sprayed down after the sessions.
